Therapeutic Approach:
IFS & EMDR for High-Performing Adults
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and nervous-system based, integrating methods that support deep healing without requiring you to relive details of traumatic experiences.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy [learn more]
IFS helps you understand the internal parts that drive perfectionism, self-monitoring, emotional control, or over-responsibility. These parts developed to help you succeed and stay safe—but may now be creating strain.
This work builds internal leadership, clarity, and self-trust, allowing you to lead and live externally without constant internal pressure and can relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, overwhelm and support interpersonal relationships.
EMDR Therapy [learn more]
EMDR supports the processing of unresolved trauma stored in the nervous system. This is especially effective for:
Chronic anxiety and hypervigilance
Professional or relational triggers
Medical or workplace trauma
Early childhood trauma that still impacts present-day functioning
EMDR allows the nervous system to release what insight alone cannot.
